My doctor friend of mine was giving a seminar on dna tests and when it was finished I asked him about a topic that had been bugging me for long time. I wanted to know which foods are the main ones that should be bought organic. He gave me a short talk suggesting the following.

The secret behind good health is the implementation of a healthy diet that entails regular consumption of organic provisions.

Organic food can be described as foods with zero tolerance of chemical fertilization during the growth procedure or preservation, manufacturing, packaging and processing. The consumption of organic foods is very beneficial, since the foods are grown and produced naturally. According to a French case study, they contain higher quantities of Vitamin A, B, C, E and minerals when compared to foods that are inorganic.

So after much research and testing it has been determined that for now some of the most important organic foods to purchase include sweet potatoes, mangos, pineapples, sweet corn, and water melon. The Environmental Working Group has worked on and produced an extensive list so anyone can know more.

It is advised that consuming organic meat, chicken, and milk and eggs should be done with some degree of caution as the health benefits have not yet been determined.

Noticeably, the chemicals used in inorganic food production causes many diseases such as cancer. So, although organic foods are more expensive, it reduces your risk of exposure to severe illnesses. Organic foods promote a healthy lifestyle, for you and your family.
