An outstanding Caribbean personage

Magistrate Harley Mitchell, President of the Supreme Court of Justice of Panama, mentioned his commitment to work hard against corruption and to accelerate judicial processes in the institution.

Born in Almirante, several times declared Outstanding and Meritorious Son of the Province of Bocas del Toro, attorney from Panama university, Political sciences faculty, specialist in Public Rights, Colombia National University.

He has traveled widely fulfilling parliamentary, political and academic activities.

Author of several books such as: Principles of Parliamentary Right, Perspective, the Parliamentary Debate: Crisis and Alternatives.
